सन् २००७स गैह्र आवासीय नेपाली अधिनियमया आर्तिकल २ कथं 'गैह्र आवासीय नेपाली' खँग्वलय् नेपामि नागरिक व सार्कया मेमेगु देशय् च्वनाच्वपिं नेपामि वा नेपाःया मूलया मनुत मला। नापं, नेपाः स्वया पिने ब्वनेत वंपिं व नेपामि कूटनीतिक नियोगया मनुत नं थ्व पुचलय् मला। [१५]
